An hour later, you get an in-app bill from him down to the penny. Yeah, that may seem to be strange or even rude a bit.<\/p>\n<p>To get a profile in this payment system, you need an American phone number. It offers registration via Facebook as well, but after you confirm your personal data transmission, the system will request you to enter your mobile number anyway.
